I ordered curbside and didn't check my bag before I left. They forgot my dessert. I was too far away to go back, so I spoke with a manager about crediting the amount of the dessert back to my debit card. She offered a $10 credit on my next order instead. I accepted it and was very appreciative for the quick resolution. My food was really good. I had the Italian Classics Trio. I forgot to snap a picture before I dug in. The absolute worst carrabbas I’ve ever been too. This place really gives carrabbas a bad name. Drinks sat empty most of the night. Portions have significantly decreased and our empty dishes sat on the table the entire meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Akeem has been one of the best servers I've ever encountered. He was friendly and accommodating beyond belief, and this is coming from a former server myself! He introduced me to one of my now favorite drinks, The Sparkling Tuscan Lemonade. I will definitely come back and look forward to being served by him. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner and the staff was warm and welcoming even though I was dining by myself. I got a Caesar salad and spaghetti and meatballs. Excellent experience ! I love my tomato caprese with fresh burrata, so delicious. Chicken noodles soup tasty, lobster ravioli was okay, couldn’t taste the lobster. Overall customer service was great! I had the most incredible experience at Carrabba’s monthly wine tasting four course dinner! The food was beyond delicious, especially the steak. It was so incredibly tender that you could literally cut it with a butter knife. It practically melted in your mouth, just like butter! And the service was absolutely top-notch. I haven't had such amazing service in ages. The courses were perfectly paired with the most delightful wines. The scallops, in particular, were cooked to absolute perfection. Overall, this was truly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! Update I had the opportunity to attend their bourbon tasting five-course meal and it was quite an enjoyable experience. The dinner itself was absolutely delicious and I was quite pleased with the overall service as well. Though, I must admit, they were slightly delayed in pairing the bourbon with each course. However, I was blown away by the dessert they offered, which was an incredible Panna cotta. It wasn't even listed on their menu, but it was delicious!😀 Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you a quick update. I had the pleasure of attending the Dolce Vita January wine tasting and boy, was it delicious!
