This site is very hit or miss. Food is not consistent. This time was really bad. Cold food. They used the wrong, super thin patty on my Burnet and no sauce.

I had stopped in last week for a Burger combo and the meat Patty was undercooked. when I called the manager I Got told I would get a phone call back but never did. well today Medea a very nice manager made sure that my order was taking care of and it was done in such a very quick manner. Occasionally, I travel through Hudson on my way to the Denver metro area, usually for an event. I'd say, if you're a traveler, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is that of an average fast food restaurant, and my experience was relatively clean and fast, with food that is fairly flavorful for a fast food restaurant. I don’t think that “ no onions “ is an exaggerated request. When I asked for it the young lady nodded her head and repeated “no onions” so I’m positive she heard me. Sometimes people request that you eliminate certain foods because of allergies or simply because they don’t like them. In this case it’s because of an allergy. Nonetheless she proceeded to ignore my petition. When I bit into the burger and my tongue started to swell I saw a hefty amount of onions. So I picked them all out, returned to the establishment. I placed them on the front counter and said thank you. Why would I ever return to a restaurant if they can’t follow the simplest of instructions. One and don’t. Never again. I got a western bacon cheeseburger 2 times this week while I was staying there at Loves. Both times, the burgers were taken off of a food warmer instead of making fresh. I'd be happy to wait 5 more minutes for a fresh made sandwich. The young man that was working the counter actually came out and mopped about 20 feet of floor while my burger was sitting wrapped and ready to serve. I realize it's difficult to find good help these days. People working there don't appear to be happy in their work, which passes down to the customer. Love Carl's Jr. and this location held up. Hadn't been for several years. The fries were crisp and the burger was juicy. Glad I had the chance to stop by on my way to the airport. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Place was noisy, dirty and sticky everywhere. From the handles on the doors to the counters, pop machine and of course sticky and food covered table and bench seating. Food seemed good but this is probably one of the worst Carl's Jr restaurants I have eaten in and I haven eaten in dozens across multiple states. Air conditioning seems to be struggling to keep up with the heat coming off the grill. Kids running wild and distorted blasting music coming out of PA speakers. I ate and retreated back to my truck.
