Mariam was very attentive to my complicated order. I almost felt guilty being so picky about not wanting to catch up or not wanting ice, but she took the time to explain everything and was very helpful and just a ray of sunshine, which is hard to find these days in fast food. She deserves a raise because everything is so expensive and she goes above and beyond for her job, she will be manager one day, and I will be joyed to see her succeed. Great service from a friendly man I presume is a manager. He recommended a good deal for cheap and the meal was 7/10 chicken sandwich was nice and hot but the cheeseburger was a little room temp. Otherwise everything was good! Good store. Bathroom Baby changing station needs cleaned badly. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve always loved Carl’s JR. But this restaurant has really gone downhill. We went in for our children to play on the indoor playground. The play area smelled awful and every table was dirty, along with several chairs and the floor was filthy too. The bathrooms stank like they weren’t being cleaned properly and the paper towel dispenser was busted open. We returned the charbroiled chicken BBQ sandwich because it was gross. The chicken was firm and very hard to pull apart, the sauce was bland & didn’t taste like any BBQ sauce I’ve ever had, and the presentation of the sandwich made me feel like it was worth 99 cents vs the $10 we paid. We took it to the staff and they offered to remake it, we kindly declined and they refunded the cost of the sandwich. The fries and shakes were good though. 5 stars for the amazing service I received, particularly from Beanca. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. I was very impressed by her positive attitude and attention to detail. All praise to her for making my dining experience exceptional! She is an angel- will be coming back for sure. Service: 5

It seems every time I go to a fast food restaurant I get the worst customer service ever. Right down to the tone of voice. It was a glimpse of Hope when I drove through Carl's Jr and heard an optimistic voice eager and excited to help me. I have to give Mia a huge shout out and encouragement to continue with that positive attitude this world needs it and the customers truly do appreciate it. Favi is a fantastic cook and the manager was absolutely wonderful! The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. I would say not a lot of fast food chains are this friendly in especially in the morning. Most times I dread going back to other chains but I would definitely comes back here.
