My visits to the Soledad Carl's Jr. are usually quite satisfying. Service quality is nice as I witness the collaborations of the daytime management with the staff. I can't say enough about the overall attention of good efforts the staff gives as they fulfill customer satisfaction goals. A good manager leads by example and my most recent interaction with the dayshift manager proved to be measurably pleasing. I usually don’t write reviews but fast food places should be commended when they raise the bar. I went in expecting a “carl’s jr” burger and received a real burger that actually tasted like quality and was really good. House made ranch too. Was really pleasantly surprised.
