Wife bought burgers got home mine didn't have meat on it just veggies. Wife call them they were laughing like they knew. It was a big joke but is fraud to sell product and person buying didn't get what they payed for. Hope this helps someone from not getting involved in a joke. Thank the lord zucchini is back! Got 2 orders cause yeah. This place is an absolute joke... stood at the Carl's Jr counter for 10 minutes... people just stared at me... then went into the loves and they had no hot food ready. Save your time and go somewhere else. Absolutly absurd... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a cinnamon roll, got back to work and opened the cinnamon roll container. The only thing in the container was a bag of icing, melted to itself. I was so excited to see a Carls jr, being from Texas don't get to eat them very often. Horrible food. Cold hamburger patties and even colder fries . No ice. Just horrible all the way around. Manager is very kind. The vegetables seem to always be fresh. Every time I go there. I seem to have a very pleasant time. The people there are nice and funny. They all seem to have fun. When they take your order, you're not wishing. You would've asked for something else. They're always very consistent. Got breakfast this morning and ordered a cinnamon bun for an afternoon snack. Open the bag to get my cinnamon bun and see the sticker on top. Opened the box and see a tube of icing...no cinnamon bun. Only 2 stars since the biscuits were ok. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

Showed up at 5pm, waited at speaker for 5 minutes before someone took the order (keep in mind I'm the only car in line) then finally roll forward after order was taken to wait 16 more minutes with no one even bothering to let us know what was going on. The wait is most of the time not the issue, it's the way the crew handles the problems, when you try to hide and run from the customer instead of take accountability you make things FAR WORSE as they did today (Friday May 28th, 2021 at 5pm- 5:30p) Totally not acceptable. You only get 2 stars because the food came out half way decent. Management team please train better than this!

One of the best Carl’s Jr. I have ever been the cashier who took my order she was so nice and polite I don’t know her name but she was a dark skin girl skinny but super nice , i usually don’t like to describe anybody by race or color but I want give credit where it’s due . Thank you and I will be back
