It’s an amazing coffee store and I think Battle Creek has been blessed with them. I love their coffee and the food is delicious, even though the sandwiches could be a bit bigger but that’s just my fat butt haha. The employees are surprisingly friendly and sweet. I will definitely be making this my go to place🤍 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to caribou coffee yesterday and the coffee is so fresh and not horribly priced. The customer service was great but I must say the girl who I assume was the manager seemed very frazzled and could hear a lot of negativity regarding my spilled shaker. I don't think talking in the manner in which she did is appropriate with the window open. Like I said it was my first time and an overall good experience just hope next time it won't be so chaotic. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
