I placed an order through the app to pick up in the drive thru. There were about four cars in front of me. I pulled up to the intercom and stated I had a pick up order. I expected to wait to get to the window for my drink however someone walked it out to me so I could be on my way. What a nice surprise and such great service! Service: 5

My family ordered three drinks and they screwed up every single one. Vanilla white mocha came as just a white chocolate mocha. Kids hot chocolate came as a full temperature hot chocolate (supposed to be 110 degrees max). And my matcha latte had zero vanilla in it.
