We sat at the bar and the service was a little slow there because they only had one bartender and it was busy. I would expect them to have 2 bartenders at such a busy time but maybe someone called in sick. The mixed drinks were just okay. For some reason they served them in a warm glass which made one of the drinks room temperature. Also they should have shook the drink with some ice. The food was fantastic. We ordered the herb crusted grouper and the parmesan chicken. We would definitely come back for the food but not the drinks. Girls night out with mom and daughter. We selected this restaurant because I wanted my adult daughter who loves to dine out to experience dining at Capers. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was very nice and cozy with music playing. We ordered appetizers: crab fingers and grouper fingers. She really enjoyed the crab fingers and the grouper fingers were perfectly cooked. The sauce served with both dishes complimented each very well. We ordered the Blackend salmon with bow tie pasta. This dish had the perfect amount of sauce and the salmon was perfectly cooked. The entire meal was absolutely amazing. The person attending our table did a great job. He was personable and he knew exactly how to space our food to allow us time to enjoy our appetizers before the main dish arrived. My daughter enjoyed the experience and said she will definitely return with her friends. Capers is a great restaurant and the food is amazing. If you decide to visit based on this review, be sure to leave a review to help someone else. Good food ,pretty good service ( A bit slow at times) ! Had brunch ,(nothing came with syrup! )Had to wait for that, ((very small complaint) The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was the bloody Mary. Honestly, it was horrible.!
