I have always had a pleasant experience with the Laplace canes but my most recent visit, they had me sit in the parking lot for over 20 minutes waiting for 2 caniacs.. if I wanted to wait in a parking lot for my food, I would’ve gone to Popeyes. service seems to be going downhill. I have NEVER had to sit in the parking lot and wait for food here before now. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

8/19 music is way too loud to the point they aren’t hearing your order correctly. I ordered a box combo with extra cane sauce and got a 3 finger 😑. Now as I’m leaving I hear a lady at the drive thru order 1 3finger combo and the guy inside mistaken it for 3 !!! For a fast food restaurant this one was pretty good. They where getting slammed at the time we ordered and was still able to get the food out in a timely manner. It was some good fried chicken strips, nothing super special but it's fastfood. The store was clean from what I could tell. Overall good place to grab something quick.
