I have been waiting for a cup of coffee for the mast 20 mins. The staff is friendly but too chatty slowing the movement of the line. After a long wait, we got the coffee few mins ago and to my dismay, was cold. They didn’t even check to see if a fresh pot needed to be brewed. So after this long wait, back to waiting for a small cup of coffee. Please care a little when you serve your customers to try and a hot beverage hot not cold! Will take sometime to go back to this cafe nero.

A week ago
I went yesterday with my family after shopping. After spending a good amount of money on terrible lattes the people that were with us had a to go container of food waiting for us to get our order. Like a customer has the right to sit in a table to wait we did. When a lady with the rudest customer service attitude yelled from the cash register (we were on the other side of the store) to put the container away, when it was away the whole time. As I’m waiting again for something else I wanted to order the man at the register with the rudest customer service (even worse than hers) told me i had to leave his establishment now. I continued to wanted to order but he just kept staring and saying to leave now with my family. I never write reviews even if i had a bad experience. But it’s insane how this place has business with them two. Asking a customer to leave just because we had a CLOSED TO GO CONTAINER is insane. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To make it all worse, when we were walking away they laughed about it with a customer that was in line behind me, they kept mocking and laughing at us. People like this shouldn’t have jobs that need to deal with customers.

Once I walked in, it had a welcoming feel. Everything was kept clean and representable, the barista was very knowledgeable about the food a drinks here. She gave a great recommendation of the chicken salad on a croissant, which was to die for, nice and flaky croissant with nice pieces of chicken. I ordered a cold brew with cream and caramel which was perfect and tasted bold, just how I like it. The barista also recommended a cinnamon roll muffin, it had cinnamon and sugar oozy from the inside and a croissant type breading around. It was AMAZING! The prices were not bad at all, very affordable. Overall I had a great experience friendly staff, good atmosphere I Will be returning.

Caffe Nero's never disappoint. We had their thanksgiving or holiday special panini (turkey with stuffing and cranberry) and it was very good, very flavorful. Their pistachio cheesecake is really delightful and creamy. The cranberry loaf was fluffy and moist. Their iced coffee is good. Must try their cookie butter latte next time.
The seating area is very cozy. Plenty of places to sit too.

I come here every Sunday to get a coffee and a pastry and it is always the highlight of my week! Everyone that works here is always excited to come into work and has a great relationship with their coworkers. If they run out of a pastry I like I am always able to ask for a recommendation and am always happy with what I get. This is definitely my most favorite coffee shop i’ve been to!

Coffee shop in Burlington. There are two at the mall, one inside the mall and one on the perimeter of the parking lot. I am having an oat milk latte today and sitting on the outdoor patio. They have pastries and sandwiches but no gluten free options.

This coffee shop is very cozy. Bakery selections is what drawn me back two days in a row. My manager introduced this coffee shop to me. And I love ice mocha I had right away. Today I went back to get hot Lavender mocha and tiramisu. Coffee is what gives us energy to get through the day... 🥰💕

My partner and I bring our littles here weekly for a cozy breakfast and coffee date. The staff is always super friendly and the food is always really good. They have a fun seasonal menu, the onion jam grilled cheese was by far my favorite seasonal item. It can get a little busy at times and wait times can be a little long but it’s always worth the wait.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Their seasonal coffee blends are nice (e.g. Single Origin), and even if only the Clasico is available it's great.
Jordan does a good job at informing of extra costs for additions or substitutions. And don't worry, even if I didn't mention your name here, the baristas do a good job.
My favorite food item is the Vegetarian Frittata Copa ($5.95) and their banana bread is also nice ($2.95 per slice).
I will say though, sometimes when there are new employees being onboarded, one person is left to deal with a line of 10 people. I've seen this happen a few times, and that's probably the only real complaint I would have.

Nice place to relax and have afternoon tea or coffee. Today, they did not have much food, but the coffee was good. Also, they have oat milk and almond milk. Thanks for the latte and pistachio cake. They have many options for milk alternatives. Also, there are so many good desserts!
