I pulled up and the employees were on their phones. I mean, cool. It was dead. I waited for a couple minutes before they even saw me. When they did see me and confirmed my order with me three times, my drink was made wrong. I was handed a sugar free drink when that wasn’t what I ordered. I told them and it was laughed off as “sorry, not sure why I said that—it’s definitely not”. I drove away and it definitely was lol. Usually they are on top of their customer service. I just don’t understand what went wrong when I was the only car in the drive thru. I live further out so I just dumped it when I got home. It was a waste of $6. I also really don’t like that they ask for tips. I’m sure it’s pushed on them to try, but it’s just super uncomfortable. Besides that though, the cafecito is still my favorite coffee place in Vegas.
