Really delicious quaint food. Highly recommend the soups and grilled cheese sandwiches. Also fyi most orders already come with a chocolate dipped strawberry and bread roll which helps round out whatever you plan on ordering Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a "power bowl" which was supposed to have a bunch of stuff on lettuce with chipotle ranch. No chipotle ranch. My wife ordered a sandwich and tomato basil soup, she liked the potato soup sample so much she decided to get one of those, too. Nope. Another tomato basil soup. Sure WE should be paying attention to make sure THEY are doing their job. So, service only 3 stars, THEY were fast and friendly, but I'll be checking my order more carefully in the future. So last time I was here, the service was poor, and the food was so so. Tonight everything thing was amazing, I wish I had taken pictures of the food my wife and I had. Not only did it look good, but it tasted better than it looked. I'm just floored on how good it was. I had ultimate grill cheese and something called southwest potato soup, I think. The only drawback is the way our food rang up. One combo and the other ala cart, I didn't say anything because the food was worth it. 2nd time here two days in a roll because it was so good. Very friendly employees, very good salad, soup, sandwich and chocolate covered strawberry included. I had to try the Creme Brûlée Cheesecake and it was delicious, just as good or maybe better than any other higher end restaurant, but with a better price! $4.89 to be exact compared to $6+ at most places. I placed an order at 5:03pm for curbside pickup. Order to be ready at 5:14pm. Order marked ready at 5:12pm. Arrived and clicked I'm here at 5:19pm. No one brought out order. Called store at 5:30 pm and was on the line for 5inutes and no answer. Had to have someone go inside to pick up my order for me and had it in my hands at 5:40pm. This is not the first time I've had issues with curbside pickup at this location. And to make matters worse. Upon arriving home, my meal was not prepared with care. I'm disappointed as Ive never had an issue with food preparation before and I love eating at Cafe Zupas. Service: 1
