Edit to add. We ordered truffle fries, one medium and one large. The "medium" was SIX fries. The large was SEVEN. soooooo not worth it. Yet again another bad experience. And because of the oils leaking through the bag, my pants are stained. Terrible experience. I've gotten plenty of ice-cream sandwiches from burgerville, NOT melted. Went through tonight and ordered one, it wad melted. Figured no big deal, we'll just ask for another. Got another, even more melted than the first, and NOT at all edible. Asked for the manager to let them know that maybe their freezer wasn't working well. The manager for the night, Jenna, was extremely rude. Told us to go home and freeze it. WHO GETS ICE-CREAM IN A DRIVE THROUGH TO GO HOME AND FREEZE IT?? Do we also go home and cook the burgers ourselves? SO not happy about how we were treated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have a gluten allergy and Shane took my order today and was absolutely amazing, rly understanding, and thorough. Shane was very positive and overall made my experience better. Best fast food burger place in USA!!! Love burgerville!!! Just wish it was cheaper, that onion rings were always available, and that the milkshakes were better. Edit: Sadly, I have recently tried ordering ahead via the app twice and both times my order has been messed up. I've eaten from here a few times since the lockdowns started (over 2 years ago), but this is the first time that I've been able to eat INSIDE like normal. It's spacious, clean, and quiet, and the staff are most friendly, and the food is characteristically fresh and tasty and great like you can expect from Burgerville. I'll be back. Good location off Hwy 30, and they have a drive-through. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Didn’t know what to expect and the place seemed quite quiet, however, was amazing food. I had the seasonal Vampire Slayer Burger, and I could’ve eaten 1000. It was all super hot and fresh too.

I haven’t been to Burgerville is years, guess I forgot it’s good food! The burger was good, and fresh. The fries are definitively fresh and cut by hand and perfectly salted. The drive thru was quick and everyone was friendly. Pricing is absolutely reasonable as well. Two burgers and 2 fries was $20. Will definitely return. Late night dinner bite at Burgerville after a long drive through Oregon. The place was packed ten minutes before closing. When the time was right, I entered the drive through and a soft spoken gal asked me what I wanted to order. I glanced at the menu screen, for what seemed an eternity, and decided to get the most intimidating burger. The 1/2# Colossal Burger was nothing but a mouthful. The attendant was very polite and made sure I got my order straight. I added a side of waffley fries and a mint patty shake to the mix. The burger was not too intimidating in person, but quickly satisfied my taste buds. The mint patty shake was a cool way to neutralize the meal. Minty fresh! This Burgerville is all around a good restaurant. The only reason I give this a 4 star is because the food is a little too expensive. That is corporates problem. This location has very nice customer service. I was greeted at each window with a smile and hello. Everybody was so accommodating of my two lovelies in the back seat. Good food but a little expensive. Hamburgr
