Great experience at your restaurant. Very quick at the drive through. Food and service were awesome. Shout out to "New York" who is the manager there for turning the place around from how bad it used to be and to Taylor who was quick and very polite from taking my order and the entire process afterwards. So it's Christmas Eve and normally we don't do fast food, but after being down sick all week, it was an easier option. The place was empty and we did drive thru. The employee had good customer service skills (the stars are more about the quality of the food) and I felt bad they were working Christmas Eve. But the food!! It wasn't edible, it had the consistency of reheated 2 day old food. We tried to put the onion rings in the air fryer at home to revive them but it didn't help. Everything was cold and stale. I couldn't believe how awful and disappointing it was. $30 in the garbage can. As bad as it is for you, it still always tasted pretty good. I'm not sure why I continue to give this location a shot. It's conveniently placed on my route home from work everyday but I will deliberately go out of my way to hit a different location because this one is so terrible. I have never had an order at this location done correctly. It takes twice as long to get through the drive-thru as any other fast food location I've been to including other Burger Kings so I'm not sure what the disconnect is and how one location can be so bad so consistently for so long. I would leave negative stars if I could. You know if I'm going to wait in line longer than usual I at least expect my food to be fresh and exactly what I ordered, but instead you sit there for twice as long and then you don't even get the right order at the end nor is it prepared properly.
