If there was a 1/4 ⭐️ I would leave that rating. I have had 2 awful experiences with their staff, but nothing like today that pissed me off so much. I had 2 mobile orders and got to the place an hour after. They gave me the 2nd order but they gave the 1st order to someone else. After minutes of back and forth and their garbage explanation , their manager gave me a replacement order as a one time exception . He didn’t even put my customization. I even showed him the order # on their app with the customization. I am never dealing with these people ever again and they deserve nothing but awful reviews. How they are employed there is beyond me. If any of you order drive thru from their app, be ready to dispute the charge Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to stop to grab a quick bite. The lady that took my order at the drive through had such a strong accent I couldn’t understand her. Why would you put someone like that at the window?? The food was good I had two cheese burgers colder than cold unsalted fries and a root beer in a plastic cup with a plastic lid and a paper straw explain that to me !?!?! In conclusion I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Good luck if you go and if you do I suggest you go inside. I went through the drive thru a few days ago & the guy taking my order was really rude & rushing my order. My order was wrong & cold but I was too far away to return & have it corrected. I’ve gotten food from here a couple of times. Food was served at room temperature from what I remember. Also, they should really update their time. I got there around 11:30 pm but they were closed. I normally don’t have an issue with this location but the associate who was working tonight around 8pm was not too friendly. The interaction was very rushed and it looked like he was annoyed and couldn’t be bothered. I couldn’t even get a word out to ask for ranch since he closed the door so quickly. I recently visited Burger King and tried their famous Whopper. I must say, I was impressed! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of toppings. The combo of fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and the special sauce made for a great taste. The fries were also very good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend Burger King for their Whopper burger. Asked for extra sauce, they dipped my whole sandwich in the sauce. And when I asked that's how you guys serve your sandwich. The guy in the Grey shirt cursed and gave me an attitude as he gave me a free sandwich. Trash teamwork, Trash food. Stop stealing people's money. Go work somewhere else If don't like working in the fast food chain. Zeroooo star to this burger King.

I never had a problem w them, I wish Burger King in general would have coupons for Impossible Whoopers. Everyone doesn't eat meat ya know..😐 At least they had a Impossible Whooper special today so they're getting somewhere.
