We love coming here, the food is always fresh and there's a lovely woman currently working there that goes above and beyond. She's always friendly, helps with substitutions, and is very polite. My best friend and I love her, I'm sad I can't remember her name but we always recognize her voice.

We went Burger King for lunch today because we felt like we hadn't given the king enough attention and to ascertain how well the king is doing. When we arrived and walked in we could tell they were a little busy and we waited few minutes for then to do what they needed and once they handled their business the gentleman came straight over and too our orders and read them back and then paid we waited for about 10 to 15 minutes but it was the beginning hype of lunch rush and can make everything a little more crazy, but after all that it was worth the time and effort and please don't misread about the staff or service both were amazing in that very busy situation and with only 3 people to cook, clean, bag food, prep food and take food out to people. So all in all, this is a really good Burger King. I just managed to show up a second before everyone else did to oder 10 tons of food, because any other time I've been there, they're not that hectic, but again, I being able to stay calm and level headed during a rush.

I have tried to eat here several times, and never seem to have a good experience. Twice out of three times I’ve had to get a refund on my food because was so bad, and every time I’ve had to wait longer than a reasonable time for my order (like 20 minutes). One time everything did go fairly well, and the food was edible. I do not feel like this restaurant is well managed because these problems have occurred over the several years since it first opened. I just tried to go through the drive-through and was told someone would be right with me and after waiting for five minutes i just had to back out out and leave because I didn’t get any service. It did not seem that busy. It was just a great reminder of why I never eat here.

I ordered one of the melts through drive thru. It was great and the bun was soggy. The onion rings which I waited for fresh ones were cold and old. Then to top it off they gave me one napkin to take care of the grease. Won't be back.

I don't really eat alot of fast food, but I stopped twice at this burger King close to midnight and they are the only thing open.
My review isn't so much about the food, it's BK, really isn't anything to write home about.
My review is about this kid Austin. Both nights he took my order and was super polite and courteous. He seemed to genuinely care about my experience there (rare to find anymore 😔 ).
My girlfriend check our order and shocker the fries sucked, but he said he would get us new ones and apologized. This kid takes the orders and runs the food. Unfortunately, he doesn't know what the rest of the kitchen has done to set him up for failure. He apologized, asked us to wait so he could make it right, and did it with a smile. If you stop by the BK in Richmond, Mo. go ask for Austin, he definitely made us have a great experience.

The fries are the best in town...I always swing through on my way to work for fries and a frozen coke. Shout out to Austin, who knows me, and knows I like my fries fresh. He always makes sure that I get fresh fries. He goes above and beyond to provide customer service. Way to go Austin!!

I always greet the person taking my order, and the young lady was not very responsive to my greeting. I said Hello how are you and her responsive was a little put off, and I'm sure she didn't want to be there. She finally started to lighten up, and she was very helpful. The food is okay but it was fast.

I was here in the middle of the afternoon. Burger was OK fries half cold. Employees were not busy, and at one point 3 were outside. The floor should have been swept and the tables wiped off in their spare time… it is a newer location and has a nice modern look but needs a cleaning. On the upside I had a nice quiet corner to wait a while.
