This place is obviously not under the good management anymore.
It was my favorite burger king the atmosphere was good and friendly and stress free.
Now they play music too loud, it looks like the employees bring their own speaker and put it behind the tv.

I order through the drive through, when I place the order, I asked for fresh French fries, I tell them I do not want fries that are sitting there for a while, never do I get fresh or semi fresh fries and always salty from this location… I do not plan on ordering food from this BK again…

Came here like 3 years ago and staff denied me service during their normal operating hours. This new staff is amazing, this BK made a complete 180. Now I'm coming here almost everyday. Love the new crew! Strongly recommend coming here. They're very fast and friendly!

Let's get real! Everyone knows burguer King, right? What makes a difference in these big fast food franchises? I believe it is customer service and at least not getting flat sodas from the machine. This place lacks everything!!!!!!
The customer service is horrible. The cashier doesn't look to your face and doesn't treat you nicely. We ordered our food, the lady forgot to put the ketchup and mayo on the bag, we returned to ask for those, she said she had to charge us to give the packets. Wait. What? You forgot to put the sauces, and now you want to charge for it? I'm so disappointed with this management that allows this place to run like trash. It's sad to see these teenagers with no proper training and treating everyone like underdogs. I know they don't need my money, but I would never be back.

This place is obviously not under the good management anymore. I have been going there for 20 years and for some reason it has rarely had decent food and they almost always get your order wrong. I ordered a family bundle this evening and received 3, rock hard woppers with liquefied tomatoes and Mayo, as if it had been in the steamer for hours. It was disgusting!
