Food is good! Service is worse than poor! IF YOU GET SERVICE! The employee asked me to hold a soon as i got to the order box. I was in line in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. No cars were in front or behind me. There were no cars even in the parking lot. They never took my order! I will never go back to this location! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was going to order my food but then they said no I need to walk my fish. I dropped it off, came back. When I opened the door, everyone stopped what they were doing, turned around at me, and then a toddler started to get on the ground a run on all fours, threw a rock hard, frozen whopper at me, and then jumped up and bit me. Then the workers told me I got an infection from the bite, threw the burger at me, said "you get what you get and don't throw a fit!" with a dirty smirk on its face, and THE BURGER... it was moldy! I just spent 15 minutes waiting to place my order at the drive-thru with no one ahead of me and no one behind me and repeatedly being told they'd be with me in a minute..... gave up and went to Arby's Service: 1

No matter what time I show up for food. I pay, get my drinks, and then they immediately ask me to sit in the parking lot. I think it's reasonable to ask this when they're busy, but they will ask me to do this immediately; regardless to how many customers they have. Its not a big deal, but its really odd. Why bring my food and your employees out into the elements when I could have just waited at the window? It was 18° out ans snow on the ground. They're not doing themselves favors. Thet people were pleasant ,food was good but this place in Kansas even after buying $32 in food ,they would not give me a small water for my 5 grandchildren to waste down the food ,she said she has to change 1.25 per sm water because of the owners r very strict and she would lose her job , really I believe the owners should remember created everything that's is making them wealthy as they turn their backs on God his children ,really God bless Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4
