I am very disappointed with my experience today February 20, 2024 I went through the drive Tru and ordered one meal and 3 value items got to the window paid and the employee/ manager a young girl had me waiting 10 minutes for my food then she gave me my oder when I left I realized she did not give me one of my items I had to turn around and return and go inside then she ignored me when I was inside I called her twice she finally came to help me and started arguing with me I brought all the items back inside and she was still arguing with that she gave me everything I told her keep the food to give me my money back she left then came back and asked for 3 cents before she gave me my change I had my 3 kids with me I had to take them out the car in the rain just for them to leave hungry and disappointed. I go to this burger King all the time and have no problem with the older manager but this young manager has a very bad attitude and bad customer service. They say they close at 12 but I pull up at 10 and no one answers the drive thru window.

Their drinks were warm which was disgusting. Their service was terrible it’s like they read off a script. One more thing to add is that their cookies tasted like HARD chalk.
