Mobile order took ≈25 minutes for chicken fries. They let me know they would be up soon, twice, after 15 minutes had passed, and made sure to let me know why it happened. I'm sure something happened, but that's not what I'm worried about. Food was par for BK, but they gave me extra fries and juice for my kid so that's a bump. I ordered my food online so I could get one of the online deals but when I went through the drive thru they said they didn't have a mobile order. I went in and waited 10 minutes and they still didn't have the order. They just said there was nothing they could do about it and told me to reach out to customer service for a refund. Working on that now. I reordered my food but ended up paying more without the deal and the chicken fries were not crispy at all and it just wasn't very good. I don’t mind the food as I don’t expect much from it. The issue I have is every single time we go here even if I’m the only car in line it somehow takes over 15/20 minutes and I have given it multiple tries over the year or so and the quickest time I think I’ve ever had was 10 minutes. I even actually ordered ahead online recently, showed up after waiting 10 minutes after the order was placed. I had to pick up in drive thru as the doors were locked at 8:20pm I was the third car in line and it took a legit 38 minutes to get my food. We were at the Drive thru today 10/11 Wed around noon. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. Maybe 1 other parked vehicle. Had to give my name. Was not given any receipts when paying or when I picked up food order. We did have to wait for our order. The lg onion rings were hot & very salty-again! Ordered 2 chicken wraps & only received 1! Tried to call in 45 minutes of time & over 20 calls-there was music on the line & then was hung up every time!!!!!!!!! The drive thru always takes forever. Hope you go here with no plans afterwards because you’ll be stuck in the drive thru for the rest of the day. A little slow on service but, worth the wait this visit. Ate at the Henry St location & let me tell you My Dbl Cheeseburger was Rockin ... fresh off the broiler.... my cheese was actually melting ... Fries hot out of the Fryer & the Coca Cola freestyle pop machine was a bonus as they had the Orange Hi C like McDonalds does as I can't handle carbonated drinks too much bubbly for my tummy. The only thing lacking was Salt on the fries which was corrected with a salt packet. TY for a great experience as my last visit to BK on Terrace St was stressful with food that was mid to cold & we won't talk about the manager & his lack of leadership/customer service skills. I'm sorry but not much good to say anymore about Burger King, they used to be the best ever and the whoppers are still not bad, just over priced now ( unless a deal going on ) and they just throw the stuff on it and it's horrible! Who puts the end of a tomato 🍅 on any kind of a sandwich 🤮 ... The onion rings were cold and service was very slow and it wasn't busy at all.. What got me the most was, I had gone in to order the food, so I could kinda watch, for it wasn't for me and as I was watching one of the employees that was bagging up the food dropped an empty opened up bag that he had just opened up to put someone's order in it and he picked it up and used it anyways for the food 🤮🤮 I lost it.. It wasn't our food or I would had blown a gasket, but I then thought to myself, nope all done, not coming back, if that employees does that in the front counter, who knows what he does behind where they cook the food..
