Worst customer service ever. They do not listen and get hostile when they are the ones who mess up. When you bring the issue to them they are rude and turn their backs on you while you’re talking. Also while trying to explain something they got wrong instead of trying to help when they seen me growing more frustrated she laughed in my face making things worst. This is the only BK by me and after trying time and time again i just decide it’s not even worth going anymore.
