Despite ordering 2 Impossible Burgers through the app with plain cheese, I discovered that the cheese was missing and I didn't receive the honey mustard I was charged extra for. I only realized the errors in my order once I arrived home. Additionally, the top bun had a strong cigarette odor, which i believean employee spit on my top bun. I don't like this location. They randomly close the inside. The one manager dude just chills in the dining area. Then, when they need help, he just jumps up and helps out. No washed hands or anything. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came here to burger king at 11:20. The person taking orders said “Welcome to burger king, WE ARE CLOSED” Burger kings doesn’t close at this location until 12:00 A.M She was highly rude about it by the way too. Horrible as people close early when me and my bf family got there. This place needs to be shut down. Horrible service. I was in a service industry and I never seen this bad of service. I think it's really a shame that you go somewhere and you spend your money and you just can't get service with a smile they are rude you can't ask them questions without getting a smart remark and you can never get whatever it is that you want because they claim they're always out of something or the milkshake machine is broke but it's to the point all restaurants are saying that so that they don't have to clean it and the food was just awful it was cold and I really do believe that we had a impossible plant based Burger instead of a Whopper but there's no proof of that but I'm not stupid either somebody really need to teach them customer service these people really don't take their jobs seriously and taking care of the customer Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
