Food is par at best. Usually just warm. No condiments available (only behind counter). No public Wi-Fi access. Manager states it was taken out. Short on change, mgr said his change delivered was mixed up. Tables are dirty, you have to clean your own. Customers able to hear the use of foul language by store employees. Either close the store or fire bc the manager. The guy is full of ‘why he can’t’. No wonder BL is sinking like a rock. Never again!!

Stay away from this Burger King. I’ve gone here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is always something wrong with the food. It’s either cold, sloppily put together or something is missing out of my order. I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff, but they always seem so depressed and customer service is completely nonexistent. This Burger King food is always cold 9 times out of 10. It’s sad they put this fast food restaurant in our Community. I’m pretty sure they are the same owners as the Burger King that was located at 287 by Walmart in Lafayette Colorado. The Health department should close this Erie Store. The women working the cash register was not very nice and didn’t even greet us. She had attitude and walked away when our card was declined and left us to let another worker help us.

I drove 13 minutes to pick up some food for the family and when I got home order was wrong and I got this when I ordered a Texas whopper this looks nothing like it and it had no bacon . I called 4 times no answer. Finally a younger guy answered very rudely and was refusing to give me my money back or get me a new sandwich. Will be talking to coorporate soon

Multiple poor experiences. This place is so bad that it’s bringing the housing market down! This is the new Italian chicken sandwich with tomato sauce on it. Looks like someone slapped it in the face with a tomato and laughed! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Ordered a fish sandwich meal with cheese. Got home and there was no cheese on my sandwich and hardly and tarter sauce. My husband also said that he did not enjoy his hamburger. Their soda machine wasn’t working so the only options were ice tea or fruit punch. The fruit punch tasted like water with a hint of fruit punch flavor. It was gross. Will not be returning to this location.

Today October 30th we waited over 25 minutes in line outside to come home to MISSING food and COLD NASTY fries. We will NEVER go back to this location. Ordered the new hand breaded chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato.. I guess I got what it says it is but common... I don't eat fast food very often and after a long day this is what I receive for about $10?? If this is what's going to be made they need to change their menu photo.

The inside of the store was a mess the tables were filthy and the floors had dirt and mud all over it. I was in the lobby for about an hour and even when the rush was done no one came out to clean the store the time was 2:08pm on December 18th. Bad management. The two people I saw leave the store didn't seem to have any out tasks like cleaning or anything, just took there last order and left.
