I usually got only French fries and Chicken nuggets for my son, and I go there sometime twice a week. As usual I took my son to go get his fries and nuggets, I ordered two large fries and 8 pieces nuggets but they told me to go and wait in the disabilities parking lot because they putting a new bag of nuggets in the fryer. We waited about 30 minutes, no one came out so I call to remind them that I have been waited for a long time now and he told me they bringing the food out right now, so I hung up the phone, but he brought the food out to someone else that was behind my ordered, both of them got the food before I did and I waited for over 30 minutes already. I ask him what about my order? He said, what is your order? I said 2 large fries and 8 piece nuggets. He said: sorry for the wait, I’ll go get your food right now. Me: Ok Then he came out with a bag of food, I checked and there is one fries short, So, I said I order 2 large fries but this is only one in the bag He said : sorry about it, I’ll go get another one for you. Then he went back inside and came back out after a while, he is holding the bag and I thought it will be fine because I already remind him, it’s a large fries. I got home and my son happened to take a nap so I didn’t notice it was totally different size of what I ordered. I’m not impressed with this service today. My order seems forgotten and people behind me got the food before me when I only ordered French fries and nuggets. I’m not saying this without prove. I will take my business elsewhere.
