Had a great dinner at this lovely restaurant! Perfect location (edge of forest, on the side of a hill overlooking the valley) with a great sunset (not always provided). The food was fantastic and the staff was very friendly! Decently priced and a regular size menu. I would most definitely recommend! This place is very popular in the region, with bikers, cyclists and hikers as regular customers, so it can get quite busy. I'll be back!

My friend had a hair on her burger and the waiter just... took the hair off ... and gave her the burger??? We had to wait for another waitress to come and actually replace her order because ... sorry, eating something that had hair inside? not cool. Also, to be noted is that her hamburger looked so messy in comparison to mine... as if it was dropped. Besides this incident though, everything was fine. Great location, there's a beautiful view from the restaurant! Service wasn't great when we were there. The guy was professional and friendly, but the woman was really rude and strange. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Was well worth the 40 minutes drive from Maastricht. Great location with fantastic views. Plenty of free parking, service was excellent & the food was outstanding. Highly recommended. We loved it. Will go again for sure.

First of all, the service was super quick. We ordered beer and instead of having to have a 10 minute conversation, something most reasonable people would rather avoid, we got the beer in around 2 minutes. The same happened with the meals. We ordered croquettes with fries, as they are a healthy choice and go well with beer, and they were served within a short period of time, allowing us to focus on the nice view from the terrace. Finally, I got the cake, and it was fabulous. Very good place, and the service deserves compliments for being both fast and friendly.

An amazing place for a day's trip, specially if you are biking from the neighboring cities of Maastricht, Aachen or Liège. The restaurant offers one of the best panoramic views in Zuid Limburg, with plenty of hiking tracks, right in its backyard. Quick service, generous portions and delicious local cuisine! We asked for the Wildzwijn (wild boar stew) and Kip en spek (fried chicken), and were not disappointed. The restaurant also offers a decent beer menu, with a special focus on the local brews from Gulpen.

Great place with good food. The view was great too. We will definitely be returning when it's nice out to sit on the deck! The local red wine was quite nice as well! **Bring CASH if you don't have a Dutch bank card!**
