Hope and Maegan were amazing. Seemed super professional and got everything right. Order catering takeout for 15 people today. Order was ready at scheduled time,but when I got to my destination to serve food. The celery and carrots were old and rotting. Apparently they prep these days or weeks in advance. Food: 1

Very good. Most chains aren't worth going to. This one the chicken tenders were.....tender. Nice touch on the three cinnamon sugar tortillas for a sweet! It was very crowded but cool atmosphere. This buffalo wild wings is probably the best one I've ever attended. The service was swift and efficient. It wasn't too loud, but still had that sports bar vibe. Came in yesterday (Saturday) for the Michigan vs Ohio state game. As always cool atmosphere. It was busy but my dinner companion and I were promptly seated. Waitress came over quickly and received our drink order. I had a glass of Merlot and some waters. For lunch we ordered: Plain boneless wings (6) and some mild hot and garlic Parmesan boneless wings (10). And also take home an order of traditional wings (6). Everything was extremely salty. At first I thought it was just the sauces but even the plain was salty. I will say this is a first so I’ll give them another shot. Garbage. I showed up 8 mins early for my pick up order. Food was ready. Took a bite in the parking lot. Terrible, food was not hot, Fries were hard and slightly warm. Our Server was very nice and polite. (Kala) The restaurant and the Men's bathroom was very clean. We ordered two burgers. One was the Black Bean (Veggie) burger. It was good. We ordered the potato fries and the regular fries. Plenty of fries. Also for $1.00 we received 6 boneless wings....for each burger. Well worth the price. I suggest if you do not have the App. You should definitely use it. My brother had a coupon from the app to take $7 off of $20 purchase. The only thing I didn't like was that you could not customize the burgers...It's always cooked well done! The food did take 1/2 hour...I thought that was strange especially when it wasn't packed. Our server, MJ, was terrific! The professionalism she delivered was rare in today's dining experience. She cared for half the bar area, and nobody waited for anything. Drinks were brought to the table quickly; our concerns were immediately addressed. The appetizers and entrees came out fresh and delicious. This wasn't our experience 18 months ago. The management has done an excellent job restructuring this location, but the star tonight was MJ! Ask to be seated in her section the next time you visit this location. Descent location, plenty of parking, not too crowded or long waiting time in a weekend The food was fast but wings were very dry Server was very nice
