Visited this location Wednesday, February 28 late in the evening but still well before closing. The bartender was rocking it as hostess, waitress, and bartender. Male manager gave us several glances before seating us as if he wasn’t going to. Then he gave a dry, half hearted effort telling us where we could sit and that “she”(the waitress/bartender/ hostess) would be with us as soon as she could bc they were busy. He looked like he hates his job when I would bet he’s paid significantly more than her. She carried the restaurant that night.

We had a group of 13 and we got seated quickly. Then we ordered drinks, and the drinks came out real fast. Next we all ordered food and I swear it wasn't even 20 minutes and all the food was out. Even one of the waitresses took out from her time to help us take a nice group selfie after we were done. Great Experience! During the Super Bowl, our server provided excellent service, but the food runner seemed somewhat reluctant to attend to our order corrections promptly. The Super Bowl atmosphere was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the food quality was extremely disappointing. Both my friend and I ordered hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, with hers being buffalo-flavored and mine being regular. However, the meat was minimally breaded and difficult to chew. Additionally, her sandwich had wilted lettuce and cold fries. I opted for white cheddar bites, which incurred a $3 upcharge, yet they were excessively salty, making it challenging to finish them. Even the Strawberry margaritas were unpleasant to consume. Overall, the food quality needs significant improvement.

Went for NFL playoff games and there was not enough staff. One bartender for entire place. 30 minutes to get a beer. And no food orders were allowed—they said not enough staff so no one in restaurant could order food. At this point why bother even coming here? How do you manage to burn everything. The bacon on my sandwich turns to dust when touched. Onion rings burnt, fries sooo well done they are crunching when you bite down. The waite time was not long. There were roughly about 10 individuals seated ( 4 tables), including us ( two) the side near the entrance. We ordered an appetizer, and it did not come out until our meal did. When we did receive it, the appetizer was soggy. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and when I received it. I asked if it did not come with a sauce/dressing. The waitress said no, so I looked at the menu and had to show her that it does. Then my spouse ordered some wings and ordered two different ones and only gave us one. I would understand if it was extremely busy, but it was not. A little on the noisy side on football nights, but considering it's a sports bar, it's to be expected. Go in the right frame of mind, and you'll have a great time. Go in on a major sports night for a quiet date night of conversation for two, and you're going to be disappointed. The food was great, the service was even better. Highly recommend the garlic parm wings. Chocolate cake was a little on the dry side, but when accompanied by a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, it was perfect. Love the wings here flavor is good but I think they may be quail and notsctuly chicken, usually really good. Tea was good. Very nice place to watch a game on the tube. We were here on Superbowl weekend. Was not too busy but we were early. Wings today were small and we had to ask them to bring our veggies. Also asked for all flats but got a mix. I'm so impressed at the service we received last night. Our waitress was very calm and patient and handled our table so well despite the "employee-to-table" ratio. Our food came out so fast and our drinks were filled. We left full and happy, and it seemed everyone around us did too! Thanks BDubs!
