AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Came in to pick up my order that I had placed and PAID for online, and after trying to get even a SINGLE EMPLOYEE to talk to me for an hour, I ended up leaving. I am now trying to get a refund as it's apparently even harder to reach a manager than it is to find an employee. Do not give them your business unless you want to be outright robbed by these people. My waiter was very friendly but the cook was very slow it was only two people Plus my daughter and myself that came in 10 minutes behind each other and we waited close to an hour to get wings and fries. Worst service I have ever received. Waited an hour for 10 wings and a burger. After they brought out our food, my order of wings was cold to the touch, it was remade, and I ended up eating after everyone was finished. No bartender so no drinks either after a long trip to St. Louis. Do not recommend this location at all. Service was not great, servers seemed to have no experience whatsoever. I did not eat in, picked up some wings to go . Had to wait 8 to 10 minutes before someone would come to the counter to take my order. And then they stick a big screen in your face for you to leave Add a tip.
