If I could give 0 stars I would. Usually service isn’t too bad but I just left out the restaurant with my family and it was by far the worse experience ever. Our food took almost an hour to come out and everything was cold. I wasn’t even sure if we had a server. She not once came to check on us or ask if we need anything. Not sure if our “server” was training but this visit was disappointing. Servers work for their tip and she sadly didn’t deserve her tip but of course it was included which is probably why she didn’t care about how the service was. By observing the atmosphere I could tell other tables felt the same way due to another table getting up and leaving due to lack of service and multiple tables looking around looking unsatisfied also. Matt, Rachel, and Catrina are very attentive and very friendly. They take great care of all the customers that come through the door. We plan most of our visits around their schedules. I went in for carry out because my daughter wanted to try it. I ordered wings and tots for my family of 4. No drinks, nothing else. With tip it was 100 bucks. For the same boneless wings and tots that I can get anywhere else for less than half. My first clue should have been that there were no prices on the menu. The food was ok. They didnt put foil under the food for carry out which did make it soak into the box. For 100 bucks they could at least do that? The service was great. No big waits. Everyone pleasant. Great service!! Good food, tasty and hot! They have all sports and the waiter was awesome with us, his name is Matt, he’s full of energy and cares about providing an exceptional service. Matty one of the waiters here always has a smile on his face, really easy to talk to and love coming in to eat. The food is also excellent. But what this place has that no other restaurant has is how great the staff is.
