Was fine waiting 20 mins to get seated. Our waitress abbey took our order and then we never saw her again until it came time to pay, but had no qualms about checking her other tables. We had 2 other servers bring us our food. I'd have tipped them if I could. I was excited for bdubs at first but definitely won't be going back Service Dine in

We dinned Sunday. Walking in around 1:30pm. Waited 10 minutes before anybody even recognized we were there, then was told it was a 20-minute wait. They didn't seem busy at all but did appear to be shorthanded. Finally got seated just to learn they were out of all the good options of which we were interested in. The food was very good. The service was subpar. We ordered take out. No customers in line at the check-out when I arrived and I noticed 90% of the diners-in tables were empty (this was during non-peak hours). It took over six minutes for an employee to meet me at the check-out counter; while there were four other employees standing around chatting. The food is what you expect from BWW. The strawberry margarita was awful. We sent it back and it came back worse. The location is understaffed and the 1 waitress had too many tables to reasonably keep up. I hope they can hire more people soon. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I love going here when I get the right wait staff. Some of the girls I wonder how they think they are going to make money in tips. Some don't pay attention to their guests, have social hour in the corner while you wait needing something like drink refills and to get served. You can easily tell who is on the ball. Even when they have 15 tables to others 4. Took daughter her boy friend there for supper. So four of us we ordered two appetizers. When they come out they was enough for us to try each very small portion for the money. We ordered quite a bit of food at from take out at 9pm. I was less than impressed as 30 wings (5 count of different flavors) looked like they were literally shaken in the boxes and mixed. The sauces were barely on some wings and mixed on others. Opened small onion ring to see only 3 in the box. The burger that was ordered had a piece of paper cooked in between the patties (not sure if it was from the cheese or beef, so weren't taking a chance on eating that). Buffalo Wild Wings is my son's favorite restaurant so we frequent here pretty often. As far as restaurants go it's ok, pretty run of the mill. As far as Buffalo Wild Wings goes, it's one of the better ones I've been too. Service is usually friendly, food is hot and arrives quickly. The price is pretty good. Next time you are there get the cheese curds and dip them in caramel (seriously just try it) it tastes like maple syrup. Mostly everything I have had here is wonderful but the bar pizza buffalo chicken didn't look like anything ing the picture and honestly wasn't that great but they took care it and hopefully it was just an off day...
