First I wanna start with service was amazing, the gentleman that waited on us was awesome. But our wings were way overcooked and seemed like they were setting out for a while and there was a little to no meat on them. The sauce tasted like it was put on cold. And our lemon pepper seasoning was just dumped on the bottom of the parchment paper. The appetizers were actually really good. But since we went there for the wings, I have to give it a low star review. Definitely wouldn’t say it was worth $69. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The overall experience i had at this B-Dubs was great! Absolutely nothing to complain about. The food, service, and overall atmosphere was nice. Came here for the game. The food was great and the service was amazing! Our server was cracking jokes and very attentive, especially with how busy it was. Food didn't take long to get to us, and the drinks were made perfectly. I will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely aweful, my husband and I never get to go out and we got a sitter for our babies went to bay city location Buffalo Wild Wings, it took 1 hour and almost 45 mins to get all of our food because they messed up the order, my husband asked for sauce 3 times when it wasn’t brought I asked once, the food portion was beyond small and the wings were over cooked and tasted like grease old grease, drinks got spilled in front of us, this was beyond ignorant and we will not be going here again we finally got all our food and just asked for boxes and bill, I also asked for a refill and never got one. This place should be shut down. Insane I am beyond upset. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The burger I had was delicious, although my wife said her burger wasn't that great. I had the standard cheeseburger, and it was amazing. My wife ordered the cheese curd burger and said it was okay. I would recommend it, although I came in at a very slow time so I can't say anything about atmosphere or how service is during busy times. Came in to eat last night, when we walked in we seated ourselves and couldn’t even find a clean table to sit at. It was filthy and not even that busy. Also very annoyed that our waitress brought us 8 ranch & blue cheese cups and we were charged 1.50 each when we didn’t even ask for it!! $12 extra on our bill for JUST SAUCE we didn’t even ask for. Today was the 2nd horrible visit we have had within the last month at your wilder rd, Bay City, MI location. As you can see in the photos on our last visit we ordered a “basket” of potato wedges. We have ordered these many times before so we are well aware of the quantity we should have received. Instead we got a small size. Then my son ordered the buy 10 get 10 boneless wings and the sticker clearly says 10 so he should have gotten another 10 free for the promotion but he didn’t. When we asked the waitress about these 2 issues she flat lied to our faces and said that that is the size of a basket of wedges and that my son only ordered 6 boneless wings. Clearly from the “10” sticker on his plate that was not the case. Then today 1/7/23 we tried to eat in at this same location and they refused to honor there prices in the restaurant. In order to get the same exact food for the same price we had to order takeout. This is absurd and I will no longer give this location any business unless you’re company addresses the management in this location and can assure me that you have retrained your staff and management in this location.
