The bartender Chloe was great. She checked my ID and they have a policy to double check the ID with the manager. I am in my 50's, but I am glad they check ID'S. Her service was great as well. We thought we'd give them a shot for a Super Bowl party. 100 traditional (party wings) wings, was supposed to have 4 different flavors, asian zing-mild sauce-buffalo and honey bbq, and of course nothing was right! We didn't even get the honey bbq! 140$ later and a hair in one of the wings is so irritating. I think everyone should avoid this place at all costs! It doesn't even look like 100 but we didn't count so. Price per person $100+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This was the third time my family tried to get wings, and we were disappointed again. It looks like they didn't care how the sauce went on the wings. They weren't tossed at all; only one side had no sauce. My husband bit into one of the wings with all the sauce, and the next was dry as a bone. The potatoes were crunchy. Plus, when I went to pick it up, the hostess was not friendly. I think this will be our last time ordering. I believe we have spent and given enough. BWW in Twin Falls Idaho sucks! I have tried at least 4 times in the last 5 years and every time I try it, I am disappointed. This was my last straw. I ordered food through door dash, and I ordered 15 wings for $21, with a $7 side salad and a chicken wrap for $14. So it came out to $42 not including fees, delivery and tip. I asked for no onions or tomatoes on the salad, they still put them on the salad. The lettuce was all wilted and old and was barely filled up halfway in the container. Both ranch dressings were halfway full. My chicken wrap had 2 pieces of lettuce in it and the side was falling apart, it was literally just a tortilla shell with cheese and 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it, not to mention they way over seasoned the tots, which made them inedible. For $42, for 3 things and the food was incorrect and disgusting… not worth it, never going back! Such a waste of hard earned money. It’s like people don’t care anymore about quality. Against my better judgment after reading all the bad recent reviews I decided to give this place a try anyway. I should have just stayed away. My server Abigail avoided me at all costs, even walking by the handful of times wouldn't attempt to look over or make eye contact. I finally flagged someone else down to try and find her or figure out a way to get my order right. Took 11 minutes for her to show up at the table, took a part of my wrong order back and never returned to replace it. Wings were cold when they showed up, even colder almost a half hour later when I was still waiting for the right order. I had to ask for my bill after explaining the problem with the service and order, then I had to ask for the manager who took a little bit off the bill. Unfortunate that bad service ruins going to places like this. I hate leaving a bad review anywhere but hopefully another recent 1 star review will save someone else the headache. Bartenders were awesome. Boneless wings stunk. They used to be juicy and flavorful. Now a chicken McNugget is better quality. Really like the friendly service. Maybe in 5 years will try again. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Wings aren’t great. We felt as a family they over-saturated the wings. BBQ Bourbon - was awful Caribbean jerk - was good, the cinnamon in the sauce was unique. Garlic sauce was a funky shade of orange and was gross. Jamming Jalapeño - had a good flavor but there was so much sauce it was like eating soup. The Blazen sauce - tasted like an industrial chemical accident. Best thing we ate was the onion rings. Service was slow. Atmosphere was loud, a ton of TVs to watch, and plenty of people. Went to have a beer and an appetizer, lots of servers walking around probably as many servers as customers. I sat at the bar with 3 other people. Still took 15 minutes to get my order. Drank a tall beer and still no sign of the appetizer or an update on the appetizer. Cashed out for the beer and left. Worst service ever. I think they were more concerned with communicating with the manager then engaging the people paying for what I am sure was going to be overpriced underwhelming food. Wings place with lots of tv's and classic fried food. Good burgers, onions ringsz mozzarella sticks. Selection of wings from sweet bbq to wild. They weren't that hot though so dont be scared. Came for the BOGO 50% off wings on Tuesday! Couldn't get this deal online or to-go so we ate in. Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Chili con Queso with Blazing Carolina Reaper sauce on the side. Comes with a lot of chips but not enough dip. Would consider it more nacho cheese with a dab of chili. Flavor was good overall though! BOGO 10 wings (20 in total) with Mango Habanero, Asian Zing, Lemon Pepper, and Parmesan Garlic on the side. The chicken were a bit too fried but delicious overall. Wish the sauce came in wider containers so you can dip more of the chicken in it rather than just the tip of the bones :/ Ambience: 4/5 - loud but gets you amped up for the sports games on tv. The cushions on the couches are worn but the tables are clean Service: 4/5 - the to-go order cashier didn't seem like she wanted to be there. We were standing for about 5-7 minutes for a hostess to greet us. Multiple waiters walked by and made eye contact but no actions were taken. When we were finally seated, Emily was super friendly and checked on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed Value for price: 4/5 - the wings were a good deal with the BOGO but the queso not quite worth $8
