Celery was moldy, service was slow, food was terrible. I'd say we got the full experience. Cost three people 72 dollars (not including tip). I'd argue they should have been paying us to eat here. Ordered Online. I called to check to make sure I put it in at the right location. The girl said hello once and hung up because she didn’t even give me time to say anything back. Then I called back and I told the guy who answered I place an order I wanna make sure it is here. He checked to see if my name is on the list He said nope you didn’t order them here. And hung up then I saw my email and it showed I did order them here. I called them back a third time and said please slow down don’t hang up so fast, I ordered wings here but y’all are telling me they are not here. The girl checked and found out. Yes they are here come on and I said OK. Came by sat at the takeout desk for 10 minutes. No one was there. Went over to the bar where five employees were standing there talking with no business. I asked for my wings. They went in. The back for 10 minutes came back out handed them to me, had my water bottle in there with my wings. The wings spilled out all over my water bottle. When I bit into the wings, they were hard as a brick and dry. I am sure they were left over from lunch , because this was dinner time or they were left over from the day before but they were terrible. Such a bummer! Horrible food and service. Not sure if it's a corporate decision or one that was made locally at this store, but my 15/15 combo came in the same box. My teriyaki boneless wings ended up coated in my partner's lemon pepper dry rub. This was fine for my partner, but disappointing for me. They also didn't include the carrots and celery I ordered. I'm sure the company saved a penny by only using 1 box, but I feel like there's some oversight there. I'm sure I'll get the automated response here on Google to give my feedback on the buffalowildwings/FAQ site, so I'll preemptively let you know I've already done that. I'll try not to be completely negative due to my disappointment, so some positives: I ordered pickup through the app. The staff was friendly when I went to pick it up. The food was great to be honest. I sat at the bar for quick service. I ordered a Southern Chicken Sandwich with wedges & a side of medium Buffalo sauce 1) my order came out with fries… I then had to wait for my wedges… 2) my sandwich was great, but I never received my medium Buffalo sauce after requesting it 3 times… (update: I received it after i was more than halfway done with my sandwich) The bartender was nice, but disorganized. If you cannot remember an order, best practices is to write the order down… on top of that, there was no one else sitting at the bar & a total of 7 customers in the entire establishment including myself, so she was not “too busy”. 5/10… I’ll just go to another location Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My family visited Buffalo Wild Wings for a late lunch on a Saturday. We were quickly seated. Our waiter offered his recommendations, which were the chicken wraps. We ordered the sampler appetizer and the dirty dub tots. Both were delicious. Our waiter checked on us just the right amount, and he treated us like we were family. We all enjoyed our meals. We came here for the first time a couple of nights ago. The place was empty for the most part, but we waited a little bit to be seated. On our way to our seat, 2 waitresses seemed to have a look on their face that seemed like they were just ready to go home. We were seated, and then about 10 minutes passed before our waitress came. She was nice. What we enjoyed the most was our food. My lemon pepper wings were good, and I also enjoyed the ranch dressing. The lemon pepper sauce tastes like actual lemons and not the fake lemon flavor. The wings are a good size and very saucy. My son loved his hot, lemon pepper wings. I thought my tater tots tasted kind of off and not very flavorful. I'd love to have a Buffalo Wild Wings near McDonough so we could order their wings again. When we came in tonight, it might have been 3 other people in the restaurant. We were seated and greeted not too long afterward. The waitress seemed very nice and polite. We placed our orders and waited an extremely long time for our food. By this time, 5 other parties had come in and been seated. We noticed that everyone who came in after us were receiving their food, and we had not received ours. I then asked the gentleman why it was taking so long for our order to come out. He went to check and see, but at this point, I was kinda past the point of hungry and ready to go. However, the food looked good until I was served food that looked like this.. The manager offered to replace the specific pieces of chicken and not the order. I'm so disappointed in the way that this was handled... Good customer service goes a very long way ... The manager never simply apologized nor offered to replace the order. Horrible experience... I should have looked at the 3 star review before coming in. I'm praying I don’t get sick... My wife and I were here for lunch for first time. Greeting was prompt and we were seated to booth promptly. Our server Jacqueline was over quickly to take drink and appetizer order— the sweet tea was good, chips and salsa were good; not long for our All American burgers (mine with bacon) — very fresh and good, both with fries; all in all good food and service.
