The food is really good but the restaurant is so loud from the sports that you have to yell to talk to the people you’re with, and they always seem understaffed because the service takes a long time. Slowest service if your door dashing they don’t prioritize the orders literally waited almost 30 minutes for 15 boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. Totally unacceptable. And will not recommend ordering from door dash. Will also be contacting door dash about taking orders from this merchant. We have a job to do as well. I ordered a hot buffalo chicken sandwich and ended up with a bbq chicken sandwich. I sent it back and explained what was wrong to the host, not server…(she barely visited the table, the host refilled my drink aswell) the sandwich came back out not remade but, flipped over and resauced, I’ve never had such horrible service. Food was cold. Comes out at different times. Kids last to be fed. Beer cold only good thing could say. 2nd time in 2 weeks not worth the money. Love the food but won’t come back. Stopped by for lunch and it was very good today. No waiting and food came out fast👍🍔Update 5/25 so we just got back to town late and was hungry. We stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings because they are open late. After about 10 minutes of waiting we were able to get a good server Maria. She took good care of us. My saucy chicken sandwich was good but they soaked the sandwich with to much sauce. It was very good tho. My honey had the Buffalo chicken totes. They didn't look like the photo on the menu. Where was the chicken? After talking to Maria she was able to bring us some more chicken from the kitchen. Now that's costumer service. 12/17/23 when to Buffalo wild wings to watch the football games. It wasn't to crowded today. The place was pretty clean and the wings were excellent today. No one at counter...been waiting 35 min on a doordash.i had to come back and edit. When u guys forgot fries u made it right for the customer I took.it to with desert so it's all good. I understand you need more people working there and I'll pray God sends u more staff. U guys tried your best with what u have and one of the servers came by to check on me several times. We just watched a bus boy smash not one, but two huge roaches on the wall over two different booths that were occupied by diners. Then another one crawled out from under the table. They have definitely upgrade after the reopening. The food was nice and hot and came out pretty quick. The only downside was there was a giant puddle of pee all over the men’s bathroom right when they opened. The crew did respond very quickly and rectified the situation. Great place for a quick lunch or night out watching your favorite sports team. Definitely a must eat place in Valdosta.

Our experience started off good. There wasn't much of a crowd, our waitress was timely and our appetizer was good (but they were out of fried pickles, onion rings, and chips). We got our food.. it wasn't the best, our wedges were burnt to a crisp and we didn't finish a third of our food. We never got refills on our drinks. We went to pay and she offered to-go drinks. They were out of tea and sugar so they had no more sweet tea. We left about 1030 or so, so I'm not sure if they didn't want to make anymore or not. Doesn't surprise me for a Buffalo wild wings, but since we were out of town we were hoping it may be better.
