Great stuff, great service. But they really, really need to update their payment system so that customers paying with a credit card can tip. It's really awful for employees and customers if only cash tips can be left.

I’ve never had a poor experience at Bruster’s. Their non-dairy ice cream is incredible and their staff is very sweet! I’m happy to have vegan ice cream in my neighborhood

Great location, friendly service, delicious food. Four service windows make the wait time short, they have both food and frozen treats, and there is outdoor seating. Huge selection of ice cream flavors and the portions are on the larger side, so you definitely get your money's worth.

Absolutely lovely place ice cream if amazing with the crisp cones, premium ice cream and so many things to choose from. Genuinely my favorite place to go after school or just for fun. The out door seating is lovely and i have so many fond memories there. Thank you for being a part of my childhood.
