Breuggers makes good bagels. They are superior to their competitors, but they fall short of single-lication shops. If you want a good bagel and a shop that offers a good selection of bagels Breuggers should be your place to go for quality bagels. Update : 02/02/2024 Total turn around. The bagels are back to being great. 5 star bagels again! Not sure what's going on here. They need some quality control. Maybe better management. If they cared maybe the bagels wouldn't be so inconsistent. Sometimes very small, sometimes very tough and not proofed enough. Skimp on the seasoning too. I agree with others, staff needs some customer service skills training. I have witnessed staff be quite rude to some customers. Seems like they have a lot of staff turnover.
