March 5th, 2024. Stopped by to try it, very nice people, very clean place, smelled nice too. Well lit, but not blinding, and music not loud. Dining room, open area, seats about 50 to 70 maybe. I don't eat pork, they had a lot of chicken options. I ordered two bbq chicken breast sandwiches, big portions, hand cut skinny fries, was delicious. BBQ for chicken (usually honey mustard, I ordered BBQ sauce instead), was tangy, mildly sweet, thin, but generous, not spicy hot but still spicy. I liked it. Lettuce and tomato was fresh, not bitter or bland. As always, lately, it's the prices of things that bother me. I got the 2 big sandwiches and 1 fries, $30.29. no drinks. So basically a little higher than other fast food places. But it wasn't fast food that is yucky when cold. This was hot, fresh, and actually smoked chicken fillets, not off flavor chicken, but slightly sweet, real smoke, and that pleasant bit of smoked dryness with juicy toppings. I recommend this place very much if you want something better and fresher.

My family had several things off the menu, And it was excellent. We got there late, But that didn't bother them a bit, The owner stopped by and said hello and we appreciated that. If you get a chance go to Dexter Mo. And give them a try.

Had 4 guys come in for lunch. Best meal I've had in Missouri! Will definitely be a staple every time I'm in the area! You will not be upset at Broosters.
