Everything was dirty. The glasses, the silverware, the chairs...Stopped asking for replacement ware and just dealt with it. Was not greeted by anyone, they just walked past us and as a first time guest, had no idea the process here. It's mostly by reservation so we were set up in the lobby at a table. The ham and cheese pie, the sausage roll, and the cucumber and cream cheese sandwich were what we ordered. The food was really tasty. It was great to have the Buckingham Palace tea. The whole thing cost $26. The customer service was great. There's a small store inside with British candy and chips. It's decorated with things from British pop culture, like Dr. Who and Harry Potter. In the end, I will definitely go back and tell everyone to do the same.
