It is a true shame that the best location in the city, with surely the pretiest garden, view and even indoor seats - is not run properly. Yes, from all I saw I cannot blame waitresses or cooks for the such a poor experience - but managers only!

Almost everything is frozen food that you can fry yourself (and get it on the table 4-5 times quicker than here).
Tortilla I got was completely raw (out of the bag), with canned beans and corn - not even spiced or heaten-up.

As much as weitresses were pollite and friendly (some even highly professional), they were running to our table (and from it) not letting us order everything we had in mind. Every next chance to speak to any of them - we waited for another 20-30 mins.
Food was preparing for almost an hour (and it was not the roasted oax that we waited for!).
I specifically asked for no-ice Jeggermeister and not-cold coke for my kid - twice we got it wrong.
One of the ordered meals was forgotten, and we waited (more and more) for it to finally arrive.

What makes a pub if not a beer selection. A choice of 5-6 domestic brands and no craft beer - I do not call a selection. A supermarket often offers a better choice...

When we got really tired from being unable to get another round of drinks, one of us looked for a service at the bar. A "lady" that stood next to the bar was a manager or even an owner (as I was later told). We politely asked when can we finally get a drink, and she (with her bottom stuck to the bar and pretty borred expression on the face) just lifted her finger to one of the running waiters saying something like "here is one waiter, and there is another". Of course, we could not catch any of them for another 10-15 mins, and the place was not crowdy at all.
The way they do business - I am pretty sure it will be less and less crowdy in time...

They moved down the street, to a much bigger space. Interior is perfect, done with a great taste, and true charm of a pub.
The focus seem to be much more to food now, which is not bad, but it does make more family restaurant atmosphere, then "let's get drunk as hell and sing as loud as we can".
Beer, beer, beer - is what I always miss in our pubs... No butcher shop should lack pork, right?! ;)
Service is pretty good, and prices are decent.

Amazing food! 🥰🥰 Staff were friendly eventhough I couldn't speak Serbian they helped me out a lot!❤️❤️❤️
I really enjoyed the coffee ☕️ which is quite difficult to make. LOVE THE VIBE OF THE ENTIRE PLACE!!! Icetea can be stronger in flavour but I am just nitpicking. The dessert was 🤤🤤🤤 not overtly sweet but the perfect amount. I just kept ordering more food 😂
