We have heard great things about this location and finally got to try it today for Sunday Brunch! Very busy with a wait, but the line moved quickly and we were seated within 15 minutes. The atmosphere is welcoming and the team working were super nice & friendly, while servicing a packed restaurant. Kaitlyn B. was our server snd she was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Our food was all amazing! Fried Green tomatoes, home fries and Blueberry & Lemon Curd Stuffed Pancakes and Berry French Toast…highly recommend for anyone interested. Can’t wait to come back again! This came as a recommendation from my cousin for brunch. I have to say this was pure perfection. We didn’t have to wait long for a table even though they looked extremely busy. I enjoyed my time there. I ordered the steak (medium rare) and eggs, grits, fried green tomatoes with orange juice. My friend ordered the spicy roast beef sandwich. The portions were great & worth the price. I can’t wait to go again & try something new. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great service with even greater food. Southern breakfast with grits and fried green tomatoes is amazing. The pancakes were amazing, crisp on the edges, and buttery in the middle. However, as good as they were, the raspberry lemon pancakes were the best I've ever had. Going back just for those. Highly recommend. Cute brunch spot in a great Winter Park location. We started with the fried green tomatoes appetizer - some of the best fried green tomatoes I’ve ever had! The coffee was also good. We then got the Canadian bacon and California eggs Benedict, both of which were tasty but messy to eat. The sides of cheesy grits and home fries were great. Very large quantities of food. I recently visited Briarpatch Restaurant during my vacation from Georgia, drawn by the rave reviews and enticing photos of their brunch offerings. Despite the line snaking outside, the wait was surprisingly short, and the bustling atmosphere added to the excitement. Opting for the Raspberry and Brie French Toast priced at $19, I was treated to a delightful symphony of flavors. The melted Brie and raspberry jam created a perfect harmony, making every bite a heavenly experience. The bustling crowd didn't hinder the exceptional service we received. My sister opted for the Southern Breakfast priced at $20, featuring two eggs, 3 fried green tomatoes, 2 thick-cut applewood smoked bacon strips, and stone-ground heirloom cheese grits. She wisely added a side of Short Stack Pancakes for $13, along with fresh fruit. The pancakes were a highlight, with a buttery texture, crispy edges, and a burst of flavor enhanced by the syrup. The Southern Breakfast, turned out to be a generous portion—more than enough for two. The scrambled eggs with cheese were a savory delight, and the thick-cut fried green tomatoes, though unusual to me, were surprisingly tasty. If you're sharing, this is a winning choice. While I'm unsure about any additional charge for the fresh fruit on the pancakes, the overall experience at Briarpatch was exceptional. The inviting ambiance, swift service, and, above all, the delectable Southern-inspired dishes make it clear that I'll be returning for more. Highly recommended for a memorable brunch experience! I've always passed by here, but this time I decided to stop with my family and try it...AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! There was some line (they said 30 min. wait but it was more like 15), but it moved quickly to eat in. However, we decided to sit outside (a bit cold though, some heaters would've been great). I tried the Bacon and Mushrooms Omelet, my husband tried the Turkey Sandwich and my Mom tried the Almond Butter Tartine and OMG all was delicious. The cocktail I tried was the Bourbon Blackberry Lemonade and I must say, WOW! The teas were great too. Jared our waiter was awesome. The place is well staffed and all were nice. I will return! Our server Camila was AWESOME! Briarpatch Restaurant exceeded my expectations during brunch! The wait time was reasonable, only 10-15 minutes, and the service was impressively quick. I couldn't have been happier with my order – the Short Rib Benedict and French Dip were both absolutely delicious. The flavors were on point, and the presentation was top-notch. Briarpatch is now my go-to spot for a delightful brunch experience! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was not our 1st time, but this time was over the top great. 1st Jill S was outstanding, made great recommendations, and shared food insights that were perfect. She was attentive and personable. The food was absolutely amazing, we had the Fried Green Tomatoes, Black Truffle Burger, Southern Breakfast, A Torta Sandwich, and Canadian Bacon Eggs Benedict. Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned nicely, and offered a different spin on brunch. If you haven't been GO ASAP! I have been wanting to try Briarpatch for so long and it did not disappoint! We went on a Thursday afternoon and the restaurant was packed. It did not take long to get a seat however and our waiter was wonderful! I got the California Benedict which was so delicious! The chipotle hollandaise sauce was amazing and the egg was perfectly cooked. We also got the truffle fries to share and the truffle aioli was wonderful! The home fries were also great, crispy and fresh! The restaurant was very loud and chaotic while we were there which was my only negative of the experience. However it was expected as we could tell they were very busy. Highly recommend checking out this breakfast/brunch restaurant! Met a friend here for brunch and I was pleasantly surprised by this place! It’s small and cute and the menu has great options. I ordered the torta sandwich, which was great and had lots of flavor! The home fries were also SUPER crispy and good! Waitress told me it was spicy, but I didn’t think so at all. It was also a LOT of food. Their way of seating customers is strange to me, because they weren’t basing it on any computer system or even a check in. The hostesses just remembered who was in line and talked to each other. In the end, we waited about 30 minutes, which wasn’t so bad considering the line was out the door and into the street when we left! I would definitely come back for more to try some other things on the menu. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
