Food was very good but employees seem lost and easily confused. Walked up to the register and no “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” even though there were several people standing around. Someone came up and asked if I had been helped but he seemed distracted and asked if I wanted my burger grilled or crispy and then got my shake size wrong. I came on a Wednesday night and the service and food was horrible. The order was incorrect and I was mistreated by the customer service of the cooks for their mistake. They put extreme salt on my family's fries because I asked for fresh and not re-dropped fries. The cashier was very exceptional and had great customer service unlike the others. My advice is if you don't feel like working or can't take constructive criticism don't work for braums This industry has worked too hard to build a brand and name to hire ungrateful people who can't honor the impact they've made for the industry

There was no soap in the restroom and when I asked for someone to refil the soap, I was told there was no soap. I was suggested to use hand satizer and I said no because I needed to wash my hands because because I had used the restroom. I used a sink in the kitchen to wash my hands and much of the kitchen staff seemed to be using their phones while on duty. I love shopping in the market at Braum's. They have the best milk. STAFF ARE FRIENDLY! Management needs to teach employees cleanliness in the food and especially in the ice cream department. They don't wipe the food counters down as they should. Dirty counters are not appealing, nor sanitary. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Food was good and fresh. Ketchup pumps were broken but packets were provided when asked. The floor was slippery in the dining area even though it was dry so I'm assuming it was covered in grease. I saw an add for chocolate milk and it looked good. I can't be alone because they were out when I checked after eating. Just got a chocolate malt & fries. The very first drink I got chunks of rubbery chocolate ice cream. I was going to deal with it, then I started getting chunky tan colored pieces that crunched. Not sure if it was a cone or peanuts but how revolting. Do better Braums.

Ordered at 1749. Customer service was trash. Held up the line for 10 min waiting for my order to be taken. Pulled around to the window and worker was on her phone and claimed that the reason my order wasn't taken was because I pulled up too far even after I had said hello a few times to get their attention.... I ordered a spicy chicken club sandwich which came out less then five minutes after ordering with the cashier and the chicken was rubbery and had been sitting under their heating device. Went to drink my sprite and it was all carbonation. I wouldn't recommend ordering the food . Ice cream is great here tho!

2nd location I've tried and not impressed. Order was wrong and food was cold. The burgers are good but it was cold. They definitely do not skimp on bacon (that's why they got 2 stays instead of 1) with low prices. They do have a large variety in their store even though it's only 3 aisles and 1 1/2 of those aisles are their ice cream LOL.

Excellent service. We had to wait twenty minutes on our order but it was well worth it. Was told on wait before ordering so we understood they were short-handed that day. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger meal and it was on point fresh bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Also ordered the brownie sundae. Great customer service all around being as busy as they were they deserve five stars and will definitely be a repeat customer. Yes it was my very first time there and had a get 1St experience. Thanks
