Robbie was the best on this very busy night!!! He stopped by to check on us constantly and made sure that we were doing good. Exceptional service. He went above and beyond. 10/10 would come again. He ensured that my family & I enjoyed our evening out, celebrating a birthday. Thank you much Robbie!!

We had our 3rd annual Christmas Bowl-a-thon at the Bowlero Visalia and Naomi was our party host. She was wonderful! Very attentive and continuously asked us if we needed anything during our 2 hour party time. Very friendly and quick with any requests we had. A great time was had by all!

Great atmosphere, great food. Kids love it here! We've had several birthday parties at Bowlero, from age 7 to 17, and they take care of everything. Fun for kids and super convenient for parents!

Robbie took care of my party of 12 plus extras all by himself and was AMAZING!! We felt so bad ordering this and that but his attitude and overall service was just extraordinary! Although this was just a regular family night out at a bowling center, Robbie really paid great care and attention to us. We came on an unexpectedly busy Sunday night and we watched him scramble around our lane (lane 1) to the end of the whole building and he still delivered our drinks and snacks on time. He did such an amazing job and we thought not just a tip would show how much we appreciated him but writing about how excellent he did might help him get the deserved credit for the work he does! We love you Robbie!! Thank you for making birthday boys night, nightmare free!

Great service from the staff bought a deal that included 3 games, shoe rental, and a 5 dollar arcade card for like $27, I think... I really enjoyed my burger and fries, really tasty ...overall a great time ..

The bowling alley was fun, and the food and drinks were good. Staff were helpful and polite. I gave it a 4 star bc the entrance was littered with trash, and the bin was spilling over. The arcade games were expensive. You have to pay for a card to load with credits, and on top of that, they charge you to use your debt card. Lastly, on all food orders and drinks. Each time we ordered something, an 18% service charge fee was applied. So for two ppl, two games, one shoe rental, a pizza, a sampler, three drinks, I paid over $200. That's a bit too much for two ppl, in my opinion, for a couple of hours.

I've been here before to bowl and for other shows. But on Oct 22,2022 there was an amazing Trunk Or Treat event with lots of Lowrider cars, Vendors and so many kids dressed up in their Halloween costumes. This place was the place to be. Thanks for all the people who helped organize and helped sponsor to make this happen and safe for everyone who attended.

Came to Bowlero on a Friday night. Turned away because the guy said can’t use Groupons on Friday and Saturday after 6pm. No where does it say Friday’s on Groupon. I asked the guy to verify on Groupon where it says that and he said “ it has been like that for a while”. He was very very rude. I have never experienced this at Bowlero. Honestly pretty shocked. Not returning. Hope it was worth it dude

6/20/24 I had a horrible experience. My husband and I payed for 2 games with shoe rental. Our lane was malfunctioning (lane 18) and while we were playing our first game, 6th turn, the bowling pins kept flying back at us. We waited and waited for someone to come and help us and after 10 minutes (with my husband going back to the service to REMIND THEM) they finally came and pushed the pin back. So my score messed up but I was like it’s ok it’s one pin. Then the next turn (turn 7) my husband only hit 7 pins and the pinsetter hit all the pins, shot 4 back at us and called it a spare when we didn’t even play the second try. I went back to the service desk and I insisted to please restart our game turn 6 and 7 is incorrect and switch us lanes because the pins are being pushed back to the lane and falling in the side. It’s so embarrassing we basically wasted our time paying for a game that the pinsetter was broken. I left my shoes on the counter and walked out very disappointed. We didn’t even finish our first game and we payed for two games. The staff worker didn’t even care he just took my shoes and didn’t say a word knowing how frustrated I was that this isn’t fair. So he just expected us to deal with the broken pinsetter and say I can’t do anything. Our luck we got a malfunction lane and horrible staff member who did not care if our scores were incorrect and pins flying back at us for every turn. I left so I didn’t have to waste my time asking a staff member to kick the pins back for each try if that’s the case we’ll be there for hours. I didn’t catch the name of the staff member because he definitely was clueless and needs training on these situations., switch us lanes and give the option to resume or restart the game. That’s all I asked for. My fault for never asking for the manager to help us out.
