Great experience! It's been a long time since I've been floored by the taste of a burger. I was also impressed with the service for that time of day; I never waited long for anything I needed. Had been here once before with friends and loved it. Had out of town company, so decided to make the drive from Rochester to Batavia to give them a royal burger treatment. All was excellent and they really enjoyed their experience. Had the "Everything is bigger in Texas" burger option (photo)... was delicious and just as tasty as the Louisiana burger I had the 1st visit. Highly recommend. Great serve staff. I got their "signature" burger which is the Kentucky Bourbon Company burger. It was fantastic. Cooked perfectly, could have used a touch more Bourbon sauce but that is totally a personal preference. The service was great, the atmosphere and music were awesome. My only complaint and suggestion is my fries were warm at best. I like my fries to be hot when they come out, they sat for a bit. A suggestion is to carry Sweet N Low sweetener or any pink packets because for a type one diabetic who produces no insulin at all, Splenda registers like regular sugar for us. I could have just had water, but I really wanted an ice tea. The burger was pretty good but there was no hot sauce on the menu. I wanted to buy a flight of bourbon but not being a big drinker I asked the waitress for suggestions. She suggested NOT getting the flight! So water it was at a bourbon joint.

Nothing to look at from the street really. Dive bar vibes til you walk in. It gets cozier but the real deal here is the food and drinks. So many tasty burger options. They have plant based and vegan options as well. The drinks are made well and strong. Quick turn over or stay for a bit. The customer base seemed friendly enough. If you're mainly going for the ambiance, this may not be your bag. Great food, though!
