As a frequent diner, I must express my profound disappointment with my recent visit to Born in a Barn. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance seemed promising, but the experience swiftly descended into a dismal affair. Firstly, our order was taken quickly by the hostess. She assured us that our order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We decided to wait at the bar. 25 minutes had passed and we noticed what looked like a TO-GO order sitting on a shelf. We asked the bartender if she would check it. It was our order after a few questions from her. We asked if she knew how long it had been there. She handed us the bag and I stated that it felt cold. Her demeanor bordered on rudeness, with curt responses and dismissive gestures. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in an establishment that purports to provide quality service. In summary, our visit was nothing short of disappointing. The combination of cold food and rude staff left a bitter taste in my mouth, and we are hesitant to return or recommend this establishment to others. Management would do well to address these issues promptly to salvage their reputation and restore faith in their dining experience. Holy cow. What a gem in Laramie. This may have been the best burger and tots I have ever had. The fries and tots were so tasty and the burger was done with perfection! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I sat in the cozy bar area and it was an amazing experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Out-of-towner passing through this one horse town. We showed up for the best burgers west of the Mississippi. This place did not disappoint! Smashed burgers were melt in your mouth delicious. Fresh, local craft beers served in mason jars. Hostess was very fast and apologetic for a super quick wait. GM/ server provided some of the best, most efficient service I’ve ever experienced, even during a busy lunch rush. Kitchen cranks out perfect orders. Definitely thrilled with the whole experience! I had a great burger (The Popper), and the wife had the smoked wings at "Born in a Barn" in Laramie, WY. It is a nice little place downtown by the tracks. In town from South Carolina hiking and locals suggested this place. I had the Chicago hot with tots and my wife had the mushroom Swiss burger. Both were fabulous. My hot dog was one of the best. The actual dog was thick and meaty and just hit the spot. Her smash burger she was very happy with. Good bear selection and the ladies serving us were great. Will come back when we are in town again. Passing through town I was craving a good burger cold beer and fun time. I found all that at Born in a Barn. I got the Bishop which was phenomenal. The folks I met sitting next to me got the nachos which looked amazing they said they were the best thing to get so next time for sure. #BornInABarn was the perfect place to eat after a long drive to Laramie, WY. We got there close to closing but they took us in and quickly seated us, however we didn’t feel rushed. We quickly ordered, as we were hungry. Unique flavors are a passion of ours so we were excited to try some yummy wings. We got wings with #TimsSpicyGarlic A Creamy garlic and herb sauce kicked up with spicy buffalo sauce and #PinappleSriracha A Fresh, sweet sauce with a kick! Both flavors were fun, not too hot, and had lots of flavor. We also ordered the #LoadedChickenMacAndCheese which is a Smoky mac and cheese topped with grilled chicken, bacon, crunchy parmesan crumbles, and a drizzle of wing sauce. We chose the #CarolinaMustard sauce which gave it a fun, sweet flavor. I also wanted to try one of their named burgers, I’m a sucker for a named burger. I went with the unique #JonnyCashBurger it consisted of two hamburger patties, topped with pepper jack cheese, white queso, chopped jalapeno, ragin buffalo sauce, and topped with flamin hot Cheetos. I loved all the flavors and the flaming hot Cheetos were a revelation, They totally worked, and gave a great crunch. The burger wasn’t too spicy and The bun is house made. Is this what heaven is like? First, they offer 32 ounce drafts in mason jars. Yes, please! Coming from the big city, when you found out they are $10-12 that's even better. Service is FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY. The food was OUTSTANDING. The Jonny Cash burger was spicy yet delicious. One of my favorite burgers of all time. Will definitely be back! We were looking for a local place to eat in Laramie & all the locals we talked to recommended Born in a Barn. They don't have a huge selection on their menu but what they do have they do pretty well! My wife & I each got burgers which were pretty good, the fries were hot & crisp, & the fry sauce was really good. Guy Fieri even had a sign on the wall giving it his seal of approval.
