Quality seems to be slipping. We had a sausage biscuit meal and husband had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very hard. I only ate half of biscuit. We asked for decaf coffees. Guess they were low because literally we each got a half cup. 11.00 and you can go anywhere for breakfast. We will stay away awhile. Things should improve with enough complaints. Honestly the only reason I gave this Bojangles a 4 instead of a 5 was because I asked for a freshly cooked steak egg and cheese biscuit (unmatched😁) Instead I was given one that had been recently cooked. It's a small distinction to most folks but if it matters enough for you to ask for a fresh biscuit then you'll probably know the difference. I will say however when I brought this issue to the attention of the manager I was provided with a fresh biscuit as soon as they could cook it and it was wonderful. I'll definitely be back. Also the owners attention to these Google reviews really impressed me! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Arrived about 12:45 pm lunch, wanted to go through Drive through but line was veery long, so I said I'd go inside to order, was I surprised, line formed an "S" shape, so I bared with it. Believe me it was well worth it, cashier saved me money by getting my orders in combo and the line moved pretty quickly. The food was well worth the wait, Mama was "Happy", I was happy. Food was good as usual but I just had to leave a review this time because of the outstanding hospitality I received from Deeara (yes, I asked her for her name and forgive me if I spell wrongly). Since this restaurant has reopened they have been non stop busy. They have messed up an order in the past and I said we wouldn’t go back. Well, I did. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ A 2 breast dinner with Cole slaw and rice took 40 minutes. I was told at the window when I paid it would take 15. Me and 3 other cars waited. This time, we will never go back. Went through the drive through and payed for 2 4 piece chicken baskets and then my gave me one 3 piece and then neither basket had a biscuit. And my sweet tea tasted like water. Wanting refund but you know that will never happen. 🙄 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The absolute slowest bojangles I've ever seen... sit in drive thru line for over 30 minutes on my lunch break what a joke this is not the first time this has happened.. come on management get your stuff in line and get this new location going!!!!!!!
