The employees are so friendly at this particular location And you never have to wait too long for your food. The chicken tenders are pretty good as well as the Cajun fillet biscuit which is one of my favorites... But you have to try the Boberry biscuits they are the best, hands down!!!! This location to Bojangles is by far the best. The employees are extremely friendly You never wait too long for anything and I would definitely recommend going here for chicken tenders or the Cajun fillet biscuits... My wife likes Bojangles’ chicken biscuits for breakfast when she is out and about. (Frankly, all of their chicken is too spicy for my tastes so I don’t eat there myself.) She says that all of their biscuits are very good except occasionally when they don’t bake them enough. We were ignored. They helped the African American gentleman in front of us instantly. When he left, they ignored us for 5+ minutes. No acknowledgments, no "we'll be right with you." Sandwich was good and the thick crunchy pickle is a nice touch. The fries were hot but overcooked! What a waste. I ordered 3 4 piece chicken supreme meals I get home and I only got 3piece meals I paid $31.00 . The tenders were so small and the order of fries were small in each box. I guess they must thought I ordered kids meal from McDonald's. I will never go back . I called and both managers I spoke with your very rude. Don't go waste your money here. Spicy Chicken Sandwich or Spicy Chicken Bisquit are both great here. Bo-berrie Bisquits are great for dessert or to share with a friend. Great service and great food. Highly recommend Bojangle's in Cottondale, AL compared to other fast food restaurants in the area. The new Bojangles Chicken Sandwich is beyond words. It was so good, I forgot to take a picture of the sandwich.
