Really good service and quality drink. I ordered a hot OG milk tea 25% sweet with pearls for my mother in law who is visiting from Taiwan. She usually says things are too sweet but she felt this was just right. I ordered the strawberry and matcha latte either pearls and the quality was great too. The front desk made a mistake (or I miscommunicated) and he made a regular matcha latte but when I corrected him he was soooo polite and remade my drink without the extra strawberry charge.
We have been to the Bobae Kirkland location a few times and we do enjoy our visits!
We loved the nitro bobas! In our last visit we had a iced Nitro Jasmine Silver tip green milk tea, 50% sweet with aloe bits. A nice perk is that they do have milk substitutions if you prefer or cannot process regular milk. After we replaced our milk with almond milk and added almond bits, plus tip our drink was just about $10, a little pricy, but overall a good experience.
They have a big menu of lots of different drinks! Milk teas, regular brewed teas, refreshing sparkling drinks and a seasonal menu!
This location is small, mostly grab and go! No place to sit, but you can walk around downtown Kirkland after you get your drinks. They have pop up donut days, so follow their IG page to know the latest! Last time we got their donuts, it was a little bit cream heavy and sweet for us, but overall good for a sweet treat. We also tried their boba filled donuts way back when at their other location and those were very decadent.
Service is always friendly and you can also order online to skip the line! They are located right next to Isarn Thai. I believe they are dog friendly too! We brought our pup Koda up to the counter to order and they didn't seem to mind.

This one star review is for the lack of hygiene care.
One of the employees making my drink grabbed a handful plastic cups from what I assume is the storage area of the island behind their main counter. She dropped quite a few cups onto the floor. Without hesitation, she picked the cups from the floor, placed a few cups on the drink making station and the rest back where she grabbed them from. I watched as she proceeded to make my drink, as well as someone else's. Guess what cups those drinks went into?? You guessed it. The ones that fell onto the floor!
I'm pretty sure this is a health code violation.
If this is what happens in front of customers, I can't help but wonder what happens behind closed doors...
