We have been customers of Bob Evans on Pike Street, Parkersburg (South), WV, since it opened. One of my favorite menu items is the cheeseburger. We ordered takeout on Saturday, February 24, 2024, a protein bowl and a cheeseburger. The meat on the cheeseburger was unrecognizable. It did not appear to be ground beef…a flat, dry piece of something. The bun was not toasted or seared, no condiments, pickles or anything that looked appetizing. Very disappointed in the quality.
