Excellent food with quality ingredients. Our server was kind and attentive but not intrusive. Had the brie app and scallop meal. I've been generally critical of the seafood in NC but not at the Blue Water Grille. We also love their bread and the BW? Shrimp app. Lots of good choices available. We come here as a treat. We had our anniversary dinner there. The food was a bit disappointing. The expensive halibut that we ordered was very salty, and I am a person who likes salt. There was nothing served with it. The calamari consisted of round pieces of the meat and was ok; not wonderful. Disappointing in all. The noise level was high. Our server, however, was excellent and very attentive.
