While the various versions of rustic steakhouses on Main Street may be the stereotypical image of tourist Bozeman, every once in a while you just need variety - and perhaps a place that is warm, friendly, and comfortable without having to be so "Montana" image-conscious. We found Blacksmith Italian for dinner last night and had a wonderful experience. Our server was very friendly (thanks Justin), and the food was really delicious! I would definitely go again! It was absolutely amazing. The buzz of the whole restaurant was great! We didn't have a reservation, so we sat on the line of the kitchen where it was a bit noisy, but Absolutely amazing to see the kitchen work like they did!
